Customer Service (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Regular creation of KPI reports including interpretation of the data

  • Preparation, implementation and management of weekly customer service meetings

  • Optimization of processes and workflows in the area of ​​customer service

  • Participation in supply chain projects

  • Entry and adjustment of incoming customer orders in SAP

  • First contact for our customers and freight forwarders

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training and ideally a completed business/economics degree or similar qualification
  • Very good Excel skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • High level of initiative, flexibility, resilience and commitment
  • Reliable personality with an independent way of working
  • Good English knowledge
  • Initial knowledge of SAP desirable
